Kraft paper bags usually have three layers: Kraft paper, Polypropylene woven fabric (abbreviated as PP woven fabric), PP plastic laminated layer. Specifically:
Kraft paper: is softwood pulp, usually has two colors: brown-yellow or white. Kraft paper is durable, flexible, good at absorbing ink and moisture, and has luxurious colors, and is increasingly popular for packaging. The paper is easily decomposed in the natural environment.
PP fabric: Woven fabric from PP plastic, has good tensile strength, and is resistant to impact during transportation. Normally, PP woven packaging that ensures physical durability will be filled with goods that can withstand a free fall of 2m without bursting.
The PP laminated layer connects the two layers of Kraft paper and PP woven fabric, increasing the flexibility and strength of the packaging, helping to better preserve the quality of the product inside.
In addition, customers often request an additional layer of thin Polyethylene (PE) plastic bag inside to increase moisture resistance.
